the benefits of bicycling:

My bike has taken me to amazing places. I've rode my bike across the country, organized the first women's Leave It On The Road multi day ride to end cancer and have led more overnight rides than I can count on all my fingers and toes. I've met some of my best friends from riding and have a career I love all because of the bike.

Favorite music?

Depends on my mood

Favorite race or ride?

Grinduro - It’s such a fun event. It's incredibly challenging but so much fun and the enduro meets gravel format is unlike most other races I've done.

My dream career is…

I have it! Working at Zwift, I am able to get more people on bikes, bring a global community together, create a safe space for anyone to ride and provide opportunities for athletes that previously didn't exist.

My favorite academic subject is…

Art - Specifically Photography

My earliest memory on a bike is…

My dad teaching me how to ride without training wheels when I was 5. I thought he was behind me for balance, but when I looked back he was way back down the street.

why do you ride?

It brings me joy. I love the community. I love the way it makes me feel. I love that no matter where you are in life there is a type of bike and a style of riding to meet you.

Advice to UP-AND-COMING cyclists:

Don't be afraid to ask questions or to tackle a taller mountain, and always carry more nutrition than you think you'll need.

Why do you support outride?

Cycling has brought so much richness to my life. It brings clarity to my thoughts, helps calm my anxiety and has taught me what I'm mentally and physically capable of. I support Outride with the hope to bring the power of bicycles to the next generation.
